Founded in 1958, covering an area of 6,500 square meters, the company is the designated producer of cylinder cover gaskets and sealers of the former State Ministry of Machinery. It is one of the major units drafting out the standard of cylinder gasket industry in 2005. In 2001 the company achieved reform and passed the certification of ISO9001 (2000). In July 2004 it passed the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002 of German SGS company. It took the lead to adopt the concept of providing zero-defect products.
